1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk11b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service made available at https://tk11b.pro. The Platform operates as an online gaming service targeting adult players aged 21 and above in Bangladesh.

By registering an account or continuing to use the tk11b platform after any update to these Terms, you accept them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk11b.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on tk11b, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. tk11b reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh. If you are unsure whether you have such capacity, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by tk11b or indicated to us by a responsible gaming body as a person for whom gaming services should be restricted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and must keep your account details up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tk11b, nor an immediate family member of such a person, while operating an account on the Platform.

4. Account Registration and Management

Each player may register only one account on tk11b. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. tk11b will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by a third party who has accessed your account with or without your permission.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tk11b immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• The name on your tk11b account must match the name on the bank account, mobile money account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), or payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched details will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• tk11b reserves the right to close any account, void any bets or wagers, and withhold any funds where it determines that the account was opened or operated in violation of these Terms.

To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be paid to your registered payment method after all pending verification steps are complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk11b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports instant deposits and withdrawals via local mobile money services. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT per transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Additional methods may be added or removed at tk11b's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where technically possible, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are credited to your BDT wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
• tk11b does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience processing delays until all required documents are submitted and approved.
• Approved withdrawals are normally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• tk11b reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

Any funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to a processing review prior to withdrawal. Funds obtained through bonus abuse, system manipulation, or any prohibited activity will be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk11b offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied in full. Upon completion of wagering requirements, eligible winnings are transferred to your main BDT wallet.
• tk11b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, any wagering requirements already met will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any bonus funds being voided.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game specified in the promotion terms only. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tk11b are provided by certified third-party game studios. The rules of each game are determined by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet or wager. The following general principles apply across all games on the Platform:

• RNG-based games (slots, virtual games, and digital table games) use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. These generators are independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. tk11b does not influence or adjust RNG outcomes.
• Live casino games (including live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, and live dealer variants) are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other approved providers. The outcome of live games is determined by real physical events (card draws, roulette wheel spins) and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the player.
• Cricket betting and sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of real sporting events. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, tk11b will rely on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or other recognised authority).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during play, tk11b's records will be used to determine the state of play at the point of interruption. Bets placed during a confirmed technical error may be voided at tk11b's discretion. tk11b is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Any bet placed in error by a player (for example, selecting an incorrect stake amount or market) cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are advised to review their selections carefully before confirming any wager. tk11b support cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of confirmed Platform error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk11b. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software or game systems to obtain funds, bonuses, or any other benefit not intended by tk11b.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. tk11b cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial crime authorities and will report suspicious account activity as required by applicable law.
• Registering or permitting the registration of an account on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including registering on behalf of a minor.

tk11b's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the internal complaints procedure described in Section 11. Players who disagree with a decision have the right to submit a formal complaint to the support team in writing.

9. Responsible Gaming

tk11b is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk11b platform — including but not limited to the tk11b brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and compilation of content — is the property of tk11b or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from tk11b is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk11b's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• tk11b is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform, even if tk11b has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• tk11b is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond tk11b's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk11b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

tk11b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience. tk11b does not sell personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms

tk11b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tk11b will endeavour to notify active players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between a player and tk11b, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available under Bangladesh law. tk11b's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility is final pending any formal dispute resolution process.
